This is a super easy healthy almond butter granola recipe.  It is made from almond butter, no refined sugar, and can be made gluten free. It isn't overly sweet and is a real crowd-pleaser. #healthysnacks #granola #breakfast #healthygranola #easyrecipe

Ingredients

  • 3 cups old fashioned oats
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together oats, salt, chia seeds, and cinnamon.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together almond butter, honey, coconut oil, and vanilla.
  4. Once fully combined, press onto lined parchment paper – spread into flat layer.
  5. Baked for 20-22 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Let cool completely before breaking apart.
  7. Store in airtight container on the counter.
